Delivery Areas
DubaiStore.com currently delivers to all UAE Emirates.
Delivery Fees
Our shipping fee is AED 10 per merchant items per order.
- Example 1: if you buy one item from Seller A, your total shipping charges will be AED 10.
- Example 2: if you buy three items from Seller A and two items from Seller B, your total shipping charges will be AED 20.
Free Shipping
Some merchants might sponsor covering the shipping cost of certain products that they are selling. This means the seller will bear the shipping cost of those items.
- Items that are eligible for Free Shipping will show a “free shipping” sign.
- Your order delivery fee breakdown will be mentioned during your order checkout.
Small order fee
For all grocery fulfilment, a small order fee will be applied if the order value from a single merchant is less than AED 50. In such cases, a charge of AED 5 will be applied for each fulfilment order. However, if the order value from a single merchant exceeds AED 50, the small order fee will be zero.
Estimated Delivery Time and Tracking
Estimated delivery dates are provided for each product in the product details page and during the checkout process, depending on the preparation time that the merchants have committed to, plus DubaiStore’s courier collection time from the merchant and delivery to the customer. For example, if a merchant prepares their product within one day of your order submission, in this case it is possible that the delivery time would happen within a minimum of one business day of your order (estimate will be within 1 to 3 days).
We aim to process and ship your order within the delivery time mentioned during checkout. However, sometimes due to out-of-hand circumstances, such as the merchant taking more than the anticipated time to prepare the order, or during busy sale periods, deliveries may take more time to be delivered. In cases of delivery delays, please get in touch with our customer service on care@dubaistore.com to give you more information about your order status.
Order Status and Tracking
When your order is out for delivery, you will be notified via your registered email address to make sure that you will be available at your registered address to receive the shipment. An SMS message will be sent to your registered mobile phone number to notify you once our courier is near your address.
Additionally, you can also login to your DubaiStore account to track the status of your orders as follows:
1. Log in to your DubaiStore account.
2. Click on your name displayed in the top menu.
3. Click on My Orders from the drop down menu.
4. Locate the order you wish to check
5. Click on Status to know the status of each product in this order.
